1. Ko smo mi i kome je ova politika namijenjena

Ova Politika kolačića objašnjava kako web stranica **posao-usk.ba** (u daljnjem tekstu: „Platforma” ili „Mi”), kojom upravlja **[PUNI NAZIV PRAVNOG LICA]**, [ADRESA], ID broj: [BROJ], koristi kolačiće i slične tehnologije praćenja pri svakoj posjeti stranici.

Platforma je namijenjena tražiteljima posla i poslodavcima u Unsko-sanskom kantonu (USK), Bosni i Hercegovini, te je dostupna i posjetiteljima iz EU/EEA. Primjenjujemo Zakon o zaštiti ličnih podataka BiH (Sl. glasnik BiH 12/25) i relevantne odredbe GDPR-a / ePrivacy direktive (2009/136/EC).

2. Šta su kolačići

Kolačići su male tekstualne datoteke koje se pohranjuju na vaš uređaj (računar, tablet, mobitel) kada posjetite web stranicu. Razlikujemo:

– **Sesijske kolačiće** — brišu se po zatvaranju preglednika

– **Trajne kolačiće** — ostaju pohranjeni do isteka definisanog roka ili dok ih ne obrišete

– **Kolačiće prve strane** — postavljamo ih mi direktno

– **Kolačiće trećih strana** — postavljaju ih vanjski servisi (Google, Meta)

3. Koje kolačiće koristimo

**Napomena:** Neophodni kolačići ne mogu se isključiti — bez njih Platforma ne funkcioniše ispravno. Postavljanje neophodnih kolačića ne zahtijeva vašu saglasnost na osnovu čl. 6(1)(b)(f) Zakona.

4. Prenos podataka izvan BiH / EU

Određeni servisi koje koristimo (Google, Meta/Facebook) prenose podatke na servere smještene u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama i drugim trećim zemljama. Taj prenos vrši se na osnovu:

– **Standardnih ugovornih klauzula (SCC)** u skladu sa čl. 46 GDPR-a i odgovarajućim odredbama Zakona BiH

– **EU-US Data Privacy Framework** (za Google i Meta, gdje je primjenljivo)

Klikom na „Prihvati sve” u cookie banneru, saglasni ste i sa ovakvim prenosom. Možete odbiti postavljanje ovih kolačića bez uticaja na osnovnu funkcionalnost Platforme.

5. Upravljanje kolačićima i povlačenje pristanka

Koristimo **Complianz** sistem za upravljanje kolačićima. Imate pravo u svakom trenutku:

– Prihvatiti sve kolačiće

– Odbiti neesencijalne kolačiće

– Prilagoditi postavke po kategorijama

– Povući prethodno dati pristanak — klikom na **„Upravljanje kolačićima”** u podnožju stranice

> Povlačenje pristanka ne utiče na zakonitost obrade koja je izvršena prije povlačenja (čl. 7(3) GDPR).

Pored toga, možete upravljati kolačićima direktno u pregledniku:

– **Chrome:** Postavke → Privatnost i sigurnost → Kolačići

– **Firefox:** Opcije → Privatnost i sigurnost

– **Safari:** Postavke → Privatnost

– **Edge:** Postavke → Kolačići i dozvole za stranice

6. Vaša prava

Na osnovu Zakona o zaštiti ličnih podataka BiH (Sl. glasnik BiH 12/25) i GDPR-a, imate sljedeća prava:
