Web stranica posao-usk.ba pruža platformu za objavu i pretragu oglasa za posao. Korištenjem ove platforme prihvatate sljedeće odredbe o ograničenju odgovornosti.

1. Informacije trećih strana

Svi oglasi za posao, opisi kompanija i informacije koje objavljuju poslodavci predstavljaju sadržaj trećih strana. Posao USK ne garantuje tačnost, potpunost niti istinitost tih informacija. Posao USK nema ugovorni odnos s kandidatima ili poslodavcima koji koriste platformu i nije strana u postupku zapošljavanja.

2. Nema garancije zaposlenja

Platforma ne garantuje:

  • da će korisnik pronaći posao ili biti odabran kao kandidat
  • da će poslodavac pronaći odgovarajućeg kandidata
  • uspješan ishod bilo kojeg procesa zapošljavanja

Posao USK nastupa isključivo kao tehnički posrednik — oglasni prostor. Ugovori o radu zaključuju se direktno između poslodavca i kandidata, bez sudjelovanja Posao USK.

3. Lažni i obmanjujući oglasi

Posao USK preduzima razumne mjere provjere i uklanjanja sumnjivog sadržaja. Ipak:

  • ne možemo garantovati da su svi objavljeni oglasi u potpunosti legitimni
  • ne snosimo odgovornost za prevare, obmane ili štetu nastalu od strane trećih lica
  • ne snosimo odgovornost za radne uvjete, isplaćene naknade niti postupanje poslodavaca

Korisnici su dužni samostalno provjeriti vjerodostojnost svakog poslodavca i uvjeta rada. Prevaranthne oglase možete prijaviti putem: info@posao-usk.ba.

4. Zaštita ličnih podataka

Posao USK djeluje u skladu sa Zakonom o zaštiti ličnih podataka BiH (Sl. glasnik BiH 12/25) i primjenjivim standardima EU (GDPR). Platforma funkcioniše po Modelu B: kandidati ne registruju račune niti dostavljaju CV-eve platformi — prijave se upućuju direktno poslodavcima putem e-pošte ili eksternih URL-ova.

Posao USK ne prikuplja, ne obrađuje niti ne čuva lične podatke kandidata sem onih koje korisnici dobrovoljno dostave putem kontaktnog obrasca. Politika privatnosti dostupna je na posao-usk.ba/politika-privatnosti.

Nadzorni organ za zaštitu podataka u BiH je AZLP (Agencija za zaštitu ličnih podataka).

5. Tehnički problemi i dostupnost

Ne garantujemo neprekidan rad platforme, odsustvo grešaka u softveru, potpunu sigurnost sistema niti kompatibilnost sa svim uređajima i pregledačima. Ne snosimo odgovornost za:

  • tehničke greške, prekide u radu ili gubitak podataka
  • štetu nastalu privremenom nedostupnošću platforme
  • gubitak mogućnosti zaposlenja uslijed tehničkih smetnji

6. Eksterni linkovi

Platforma može sadržavati linkove ka web stranicama trećih strana. Posao USK nije odgovoran za sadržaj, tačnost, sigurnost niti politiku privatnosti eksternih stranica. Klikom na eksterni link napuštate platformu posao-usk.ba, pri čemu Posao USK više nema nadzor nad obradom podataka.

7. Integracije trećih strana (Google Maps, Meta)

Platforma može koristiti Google Maps i buduće integracije sa Meta platformama (Facebook, Instagram). Ovi servisi prikupljaju određene tehničke podatke u skladu s vlastitim pravilima privatnosti. Posao USK ne kontroliše te tehnologije i ne snosi odgovornost za njihovo postupanje s podacima korisnika.

8. Ograničenje odgovornosti

U najvećoj mjeri dozvoljenoj pozitivnim pravom BiH i EU, Posao USK ne snosi odgovornost za:

  • direktnu ili indirektnu štetu nastalu korištenjem ili nekorištenjem platforme
  • finansijske gubitke ili izmaklu dobit
  • reputacijske štete
  • štetu nastalu od sadržaja ili postupanja trećih lica na platformi

Ovo odricanje od odgovornosti ne isključuje zakonsku odgovornost Posao USK u slučaju namjere ili grube nepažnje.

9. Izmjene odredbi

Posao USK zadržava pravo izmjene ovog odricanja od odgovornosti. Izmjene stupaju na snagu objavom na posao-usk.ba. Nastavak korištenja platforme nakon objave izmjena smatra se prihvatanjem novih uvjeta.

10. Mjerodavno pravo i kontakt

Na tumačenje i primjenu ovog odricanja od odgovornosti primjenjuje se pravo Bosne i Hercegovine. Za pitanja i pritužbe obratite se na: info@posao-usk.ba.

The website posao-usk.ba provides a platform for posting and searching job listings in the Una-Sana Canton region of Bosnia and Herzegovina. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept the following limitations of liability.

1. Third-party information

All job listings, company descriptions, and content submitted by employers constitute third-party information. Posao USK does not verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content. Posao USK has no contractual relationship with candidates or employers using the platform and is not a party to any employment agreement.

2. No employment guarantee

The platform does not guarantee:

  • that users will find employment or be selected as candidates
  • that employers will find suitable candidates
  • a successful outcome of any hiring process

Posao USK acts solely as a technical intermediary — an advertising space. Employment contracts are concluded directly between employers and candidates, without involvement of Posao USK.

3. Fraudulent or misleading listings

Posao USK takes reasonable measures to review and remove suspicious content. However:

  • we cannot guarantee that all published listings are entirely legitimate
  • we are not liable for fraud, deception, or damages caused by third parties
  • we are not responsible for working conditions, remuneration paid, or employer conduct

Users must independently verify the credibility of each employer and working conditions. Suspicious listings may be reported to: info@posao-usk.ba.

4. Personal data protection

Posao USK operates in compliance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette BiH 12/25) and applicable EU standards (GDPR). The platform operates under Model B: candidates do not register accounts or submit CVs to the platform — applications are sent directly to employers via email or external URLs.

Posao USK does not collect, process, or store candidates’ personal data beyond information voluntarily submitted via the contact form. The Privacy Policy is available at posao-usk.ba/privacy-policy.

The supervisory authority for data protection in BiH is AZLP (Personal Data Protection Agency).

5. Technical issues and availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform operation, error-free software, complete system security, or compatibility with all devices and browsers. We are not liable for:

  • technical errors, service interruptions, or data loss
  • damages resulting from temporary platform unavailability
  • missed employment opportunities due to technical issues

6. External links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. Posao USK is not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or privacy policies of external websites. By clicking an external link, you leave the posao-usk.ba platform, at which point Posao USK no longer has control over data processing.

7. Third-party integrations (Google Maps, Meta)

The platform may use Google Maps and future integrations with Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). These services collect certain technical data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Posao USK does not control these technologies and is not responsible for their handling of user data.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in BiH and the EU, Posao USK is not liable for:

Die Plattform garantiert nicht:

  • dass Nutzer eine Anstellung finden oder als Bewerber ausgewählt werden
  • dass Arbeitgeber geeignete Kandidaten finden
  • einen erfolgreichen Ausgang eines Einstellungsverfahrens

Posao USK agiert ausschließlich als technischer Vermittler — als Werbefläche. Arbeitsverträge werden direkt zwischen Arbeitgebern und Bewerbern geschlossen, ohne Beteiligung von Posao USK.

3. Gefälschte oder irreführende Anzeigen

Posao USK ergreift angemessene Maßnahmen zur Überprüfung und Entfernung verdächtiger Inhalte. Dennoch:

  • können wir nicht garantieren, dass alle veröffentlichten Anzeigen vollständig legitim sind
  • haften wir nicht für Betrug, Täuschung oder Schäden durch Dritte
  • sind wir nicht verantwortlich für Arbeitsbedingungen, gezahlte Vergütungen oder das Verhalten der Arbeitgeber

Nutzer müssen die Seriosität jedes Arbeitgebers eigenständig prüfen. Verdächtige Anzeigen können gemeldet werden an: info@posao-usk.ba.

4. Schutz personenbezogener Daten

Posao USK handelt in Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesetz über den Schutz personenbezogener Daten in Bosnien und Herzegowina (Amtsblatt BiH 12/25) und den anwendbaren EU-Standards (DSGVO). Die Plattform arbeitet nach Modell B: Bewerber registrieren keine Konten und übermitteln der Plattform keine Lebensläufe — Bewerbungen werden direkt an Arbeitgeber per E-Mail oder externe URLs gesendet.

Posao USK erhebt, verarbeitet oder speichert keine personenbezogenen Daten von Bewerbern, außer jenen, die freiwillig über das Kontaktformular übermittelt werden. Die Datenschutzerklärung ist verfügbar unter: posao-usk.ba/datenschutz.

Die Aufsichtsbehörde für Datenschutz in BiH ist die AZLP (Agentur für den Schutz personenbezogener Daten).

5. Technische Probleme und Verfügbarkeit

Wir übernehmen keine Gewähr für einen ununterbrochenen Plattformbetrieb, fehlerfreie Software, vollständige Systemsicherheit oder Kompatibilität mit allen Geräten und Browsern. Wir haften nicht für:

  • technische Fehler, Betriebsunterbrechungen oder Datenverluste
  • Schäden durch vorübergehende Nichtverfügbarkeit der Plattform
  • entgangene Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten aufgrund technischer Störungen

7. Integrationen Dritter (Google Maps, Meta)

  • finanzielle Verluste oder entgangenen Gewinn
  • Reputationsschäden
  • Schäden aus Inhalten oder Handlungen Dritter auf der Plattform

Dieser Haftungsausschluss berührt nicht die gesetzliche Haftung von Posao USK bei Vorsatz oder grober Fahrlässigkeit.

9. Änderungen

Posao USK behält sich das Recht vor, diesen Haftungsausschluss zu ändern. Änderungen treten mit der Veröffentlichung auf posao-usk.ba in Kraft. Die weitere Nutzung der Plattform nach Veröffentlichung gilt als Zustimmung zu den geänderten Bedingungen.
